Game Description: This is the 8-Bit Sega Master System version of Sonic The Hedgehog. Many classic gamers are shocked when they find out this game was released for a classic console that wasn’t the 16-Bit SEGA Genesis / Megadrive. This 8-Bit version is really similar to the more popular 16-Bit version featuring all the same levels, but graphics and speed have been toned down. Surprisingly this is actually one of the best games available for the SMS console. Playing as Sonic you’re on a quest to defeat Dr. Robotnik, save all animals, and collect optional chaos emeralds. Collect rings for health. Overall this is a neat version of the game that every Sonic The Hedgehog fan should play!
Controls: “Enter Key” = Start Game. “Arrow Keys” = Move. “Z” and “X” Keys = Action Keys. To Save Game Progress State Press = [Shift+F2], Load Progress State [Shift+F4], or use Save/Load buttons seen in-menu when scrolling mouse over.
